Welcome to NeoDo Taekwondo. By accessing our website, enrolling in classes, or participating in any club activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the standards, responsibilities, and expectations for all members, parents, and visitors.

Membership & Participation

  1. Membership is open to individuals who complete our registration process and maintain a valid British Taekwondo registration.

  2. All participants must comply with NeoDo Taekwondo’s Code of Conduct, Safeguarding Policy, and other club policies.

  3. Participation in classes is subject to availability and may be limited for safety or operational reasons.

  4. NeoDo Taekwondo reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership if behaviour breaches safety, safeguarding, or conduct standards.

Payments, Fees & Refunds

  1. Class fees, membership fees, and grading/competition fees must be paid in accordance with the club’s payment schedule.

  2. Fees are generally non-refundable unless the club cancels a session or exceptional circumstances apply.

  3. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of training until payment is resolved.

Safety, Health & Injuries

  1. Members must inform the coaching team of any medical conditions, injuries, or relevant health concerns before training.

  2. Taekwondo is a physical contact sport. NeoDo Taekwondo is not responsible for injuries that occur through normal participation.

  3. All injuries sustained during training must be reported immediately and recorded using the club’s Accident Report Form.

  4. Parents must ensure that children are dropped off and collected safely and on time.

Behaviour & Conduct

  1. All members, parents, and spectators must behave respectfully toward coaches, officials, and other participants.

  2. Abuse, bullying, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  3. Parents may observe classes but must not coach from the sidelines.

  4. The club reserves the right to take disciplinary action for breaches of conduct, including suspension or termination of membership.

Safeguarding & Welfare

  1. NeoDo Taekwondo is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.

  2. All concerns must be reported to the Club Welfare Officer or via our Safeguarding Concern Form.

  3. We operate in line with British Taekwondo’s Safeguarding Policies.

  4. The club reserves the right to act on any welfare concern, including making referrals to BT, local authorities, or police where required.

Data Protection & Privacy

  1. We collect and process personal data in line with our Data Protection & Photography Policy.

  2. Data is used only for membership administration, communication, safeguarding, and club operations.

  3. Photography or videography of training sessions requires consent, except during official events where BT policies apply.

  4. Members may request access to or deletion of their personal data as permitted by law.

  1. All content on this website, including text, images, and media, is the property of NeoDo Taekwondo and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

  2. We aim to ensure website accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that all information is up-to-date at all times.

  3. External links are provided for convenience; NeoDo Taekwondo is not responsible for external websites.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

NeoDo Taekwondo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be published on this page, and continued participation in club activities constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
